Lisbon - Day 4 ^^

The 4th day, we decided to leave the town to visit Sintra, a small cultural city located on the heights, for less than one hour by train from Lisbon. 

There, we chose to visit the Palace of Pena, totally crazy and colorful, I had never seen anything like this... It look like a lunapark, but no, it's a real palace! ^^ 

I'm just disappointed that we didn't have the right to take pictures inside, in the apartments... The decoration was fantastic, with a kind of steam-punk mood (as in the King's bathroom, a real tribute to Jules Verne) ...

After a walk through the huge park of the Palace, we went climbing on the ruins of the ramparts of the Moorish Castle, once again with a fantastic view ... I loved it!

En français : Au 4ème jour, on a décidé de bouger un peu pour aller visiter Sintra, une petite ville culturelle située sur les hauteurs, à moins d'une heure de train de Lisbonne. 

Là-bas, on a choisi d'aller voir le Palais de Pena, complètement délirant et coloré, j'avais jamais vu ça... On se serait cru dans un parc d'attraction, mais non,c'est un vrai Palais! ^^ 

Je suis juste déçue qu'on n'ait pas eu le droit de prendre de photos à l'intérieur, dans les appartements... La déco était fantastique, avec des tendances steam-punk (comme dans la salle de bain du Roi, véritable hommage à Jules Vernes)...

Après une ballade dans l'immense parc du Palais, on est allé grimpé sur les ruines des remparts du Château des Maures, avec encore une fois une vue fantastique... J'ai adoré!!

Lisbon - Day 2 !

2nd day in Lisbon! ^^

This time we made a random walk in the Chiado district...
After lunch, we took a bus to Belem, to go to visit the famous Monastery of Jeronimos, the Belém Tower built on the water... And especially to taste the delicious pastéis de Belém (the best are definitely in the great pastry located near the monastery! *3*).

En français : 2ème jour à Lisbonne! ^^

Cette fois, on a déambulé dans le quartier du Chiado, un peu au hasard des rues...
Après le déjeuner, on a sauté dans un bus pour rejoindre Belém, et visiter le fameux Monastère des Hiéronymites, voir la Tour de Belém les pieds dans l'eau... Et surtout gouter les délicieuses pastéis de Belém (les meilleures sont définitivement dans le grand salon de thé situé près du monastère!! *3*).

Poland, day 7 and 8 in Hel and Jurata =)

We spent the two next days in Jurata, near Hel, on the Baltic Coast on the North of Poland... Just to take a rest and enjoy the beach! =)

En français : On a passé les deux jours suivants à Jurata, près de Hel, sur le Cote Baltique tout au nord de la Pologne... Juste pour se reposer un peu, et profiter de la plage! =)

I'm eating one of my favorite polish food, a cold soup named chlodnik (kind of gazpacho but with beet, cucumber and yoghurt), it's really delicious and so fresh!! *3*

So finally we spent this day at the beach, but it was quite windy and cloudy... (sandals Marc Jacob ^^)
