Jane Eyre - A Forest

In English : An outfit inspired by one of my favorite novels, "Jane Eyre" by Charlotte Brontë... As for the song "A Forest" by The Cure, that I was often listening during my childhood... I invite you to listen to the cover of this song, by Bat For Lashes, in my little radio on the right of the blog, it fits perfectly with the mood of these photos.

In English : Some photos taken near the Canal, at Bastille! They are a little blurry because of the lack of light... Aaaah winter... Ok I stop to moan!

After all, carpet of dead leaves and fall colors are beautiful ^^

J'aime pas l'hiver!! -__-

In English : I don't like winter! Yep, I'm moaning, but when you want to go out and it's cold, it rains, and in addition after 4:30 p.m. it's completely dark... How do you want to make correct pictures? =(

So, let's talk about clothes! We are on a superficial blog after all, eh. =D

I had to show you my new jeans, the miracle was repeated at Zara like last time... 

I start to believe that I can find pants that fit me only in this brand, and God knows it's not easy with my little legs, my large hips and my ultra small waist.

I had given up wearing pants for years (apart for a model from Kaporal I bought two years ago, but which really constricted my hips... I managed to catch pain in my back with them -__-) .

Strangely it's the size 34 (XS) that fit me( when I think that once, I tried jeans from Levis, and I couldn't close the size 40 and at the same time that was too large in the back of my waist, hmm... -__-).

In brief, I'm happy because for once it makes me feel beautiful ^3^

I also show you a sweater for wich I had a crush the same day, ivory with golden details (it's not visible in these photos, unfortunately), a little bit too large, perfect and comfy for the winter! I like it =D

I was wondering if you also had problems finding the perfect pants?

En français : J'aime pas l'hiver! Hé oui, je râle, mais quand on pointe le nez dehors et qu'il fait froid, qu'il pleut, et qu'en plus passé 16h30 il fait complètement nuit... Comment voulez-vous faire de photos potables avec ça =(

Résultat, voilà des photos viteuf, prises à l'intérieur des Halles.

Pas de jolie ballade cette fois-ci!

Bon ben parlons chiffons, on est sur un blog superficiel après tout hein. =D

Il fallait que je vous montre mon nouveau jean, le miracle s'est reproduit chez Zara comme la dernière fois... 

A croire qu'il n'y a que chez cette enseigne que je peux trouver des pantalons à ma taille, et Dieu sait que c'est pas évident avec mes petites jambes, mes hanches larges et ma taille ultra fine.

J'avais renoncé à en porter pendant des années (à part un modèle de chez Kaporal acheté y'a 2 ans mais qui me serrait vraiment beaucoup trop aux hanches... j'ai réussi à me bloquer le dos avec -__-).

Bizarrement c'est la taille 34 qui me va (un coup j'ai essayé des jeans chez Levis, j'arrivais pas à fermer la taille 40 et en même temps ça baillait à mort dans le dos, supeeer).

Je me demandais si vous aussi, vous aviez des problèmes pour trouver le bon pantalon?

Un soir, près du canal...

Some photos taken near my home, on the way to the best Thai restaurant of the district, "Chez Madame Shawn" (street Yves Toudic), the fried rice noodles are a real treat! In fact I should think about taking pictures when I go to dinner, to share my favorite places with you here...

It was really hot that night (after a summer that was more looking like an autumn, it was time!), I took the opportunity to wear this little dress a bit loose and light, I was afraid to look like a bag with no belt, but... Finally I really like how it fit like this, it not make me look like fatter, right? What do you think? I really love this "babydoll" style...

En français : Quelques photos prises près de chez moi, en chemin vers le meilleur resto thaï du coin, "Chez Madame Shawn" (rue Yves Toudic), les pâtes de riz sautées sont un vrai régal!! D'ailleurs il faudrait que je pense à prendre des photos quand je vais au resto, afin de partager mes bonnes adresses ici °3°.

Il a fait hyper chaud ce soir là (après un été "automnal", il était temps!!), j'en ai profité pour porter cette petite robe un peu ample et légère, j'avais peur de ressembler à un sac en la portant non ceinturée mais... Au final j'aime beaucoup le rendu, ça n'alourdit pas trop la silhouette, non? Qu'en pensez-vous? Moi j'adore son style "babydoll"... ^^

Une ballade à Colmar! ^^

Here are some pictures taken during a walk in Colmar, a charming little town in Alsace, not so far from the house of my grandparents in the East of France ^^

I love the old half-timbered houses and the colors of the walls... I wanted to share this little visit with you ;)

The same evening we went to see the latest Harry Potter film, well... frankly I didn't like it, too many inconsistencies, false fittings, illogical scriptwriting...

I think it's definitely 100 times better to read the novels, that are ones of my favorite books forever! (with the fabulous "A Song of Ice and Fire" by George RR Martin! *3*)

En français : Voici quelques photos prises lors d'une promenade à Colmar, une charmante petite ville alsacienne située non loin de la maison de mes grand-parents dans l'Est de la France ^^

J'adore les vieilles maisons à colombages et les couleurs des murs... Je voulais partager cette petite visite avec vous ;)

Le soir même nous sommes allé voir le dernier film de Harry Potter, ben j'ai franchement pas aimé, trop d'incohérences, de faux raccords, d'illogismes scénaristiques...

Je crois qu'il vaut décidément 100 fois mieux lire les romans qui restent parmi mes bouquins préférés pour la vie, héhé (avec le fabuleux "Trône de Fer" de George R.R. Martin!! *3*)
